Claire Yoga is a yoga wear and activewear manufacturer. We cut, stitch, check and pack on our own floor, and quote the same parameters our production team works to.
Buyers deal with the people making the goods
Most orders start with a photo, a tech pack or a sample someone liked. We turn that reference into a pattern, confirm the fabric and send a sample before anything goes into bulk. If a detail cannot be made the way the reference shows, you hear it at the sample stage, not after the carton is closed.
Our lines handle stretch fabrics every day: flatlock for leggings, coverstitch for hems, bonded seams for outer layers. Labels, hangtags and packaging are added in the same workshop, so a private label order does not get handed to a third party halfway through.

What we can take on in-house
Fabric sourcing and lab dips
Cotton–elastane, recycled nylon and brushed fleece qualities are sourced and matched to your Pantone reference before cutting.
Pattern making and grading
Blocks are graded in-house, with fit corrections made on the sample rather than at the end of production.
Cutting and stitching
Flatlock, overlock and coverstitch machines handle four-way stretch fabrics without losing recovery.
Printing and branding
Heat transfer, screen print, silicone and embossing are applied in-house, with woven labels sewn during stitching.
Inspection and packing
Measurement checks, seam review and carton packing sit at the end of the line, with photos shared before shipment.
