Cutting, stitching, inspection and packing are separate stages on the same floor, so a problem is caught in the stage where it happens.
What is checked before cartons are sealed
Incoming fabric check
Weight, width and shade are checked against the approved lab dip.
In-line seam review
Seam strength and flatlock coverage are checked every hour during stitching.
Measurement audit
Finished pieces are measured against the approved spec sheet.
Packing check
Labels, folding and carton counts are verified before sealing.
