What changed on the floor
Two stitching lines were added in the Yiwu workshop this quarter, dedicated to high-rise leggings and seamless sports bras. Each line runs a dedicated quality checkpoint at the end of the seam, so a bulk order is checked before it reaches packing instead of after.
For customers who approved a sample before September, the bulk lead time for leggings drops to roughly three weeks after sample approval, depending on colour count and label work. Orders that need new lab dips still start with the fabric approval step.
How to plan an autumn order
Send the style reference, target quantity per colour and the label artwork together. If the fabric is already approved, we can confirm a production slot within two working days and issue the sample for fit sign-off.
